By accessing and using Banana Nano Pro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

You may use our service to generate AI images and videos for personal and commercial use. You retain ownership of the content you create.

3. Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed when you generate content. Unused credits from monthly plans do not roll over. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits are used.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use our service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Banana Nano Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
