Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Credit Packs

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits from a pack have been consumed, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Failed Generations

If an AI generation fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your account. If you experience issues, please contact our support team.
